Delivery Policy

Courier Fees and Free Delivery:

• FREE local deliveries for orders over R650 in specific Durban, Amanzimtoti, PMB, Howick & Ballito areas. A delivery fee of only R69 for orders under R650 to these areas.
• FREE deliveries for orders over R650 to all Six of our retail stores in Durban.
• The rest of South Africa has FREE delivery on orders R1000 or more.
• Most areas will be charged a flat rate of R100 for orders UNDER R1000.
• Delivery fee is calculated at checkout

Kindly note if your deliver address is a farm, mine, township or remote area, we would need to quote you for delivery.

Courier Delivery:

• Door to Door Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days depending on your area.
• We require 24hrs to process your order before dispatching.
• Please note our courier services all close for booking at 3pm.
• Locker Options – Please note these deliveries are slower and usually take between 4-7 business days.
• We will use a courier locally in KZN if we cannot deliver your order within 4/5 days of receiving it.
• Should you order something in error or order the wrong product and wish to return it. This will be done at your expense.

Selecting the Bob Box option?

We’ll deliver your Manolis order to the nearest available locker, where applicable.

How Bob Box Works

Step-by-Step:

Step 1:

Choose Bob Box as your delivery option and select a Bob Box locker location that works for you.

Step 2:

Bob Box will send you an OTP (one time pin) by SMS as soon as your parcel has been delivered to the chosen locker.

Step 3:

To unlock the Bob Box locker and retrieve your parcel, simply enter your OTP on the keypad.

Once the parcel is placed inside the Bob Box, the receiver receives:

• An SMS, and/or
• An email containing:
  • A PIN code
  • The Bob Box location
  • The collection deadline (usually 36 hours)

At Bob Box Collection point:

• Receiver Enters the PIN

At the Bob Box screen:

1. Select “Collect Parcel”
2. Enter the PIN code received
3. The locker automatically opens
4. Receiver Retrieves the Parcel

The receiver removes the parcel and closes the locker.
The system updates the tracking as Collected.

If the Parcel Is Not Collected

If the receiver does not collect the parcel within 36 hours:

• The parcel is returned to the courier hub
• A re-delivery or return-to-sender process begins (depending on the courier

Manolis Munchies Retail delivery days: 

Should your online order fall on one of these areas then the order will be sent with our drivers on these selected days.

If we cannot deliver it within 4 days of receiving it then we will send it with courier partners. 

• Pietermaritzburg: Tuesdays.
• Ballito/Stanger: Wednesdays.
• Durban North: Thursdays.
• Umhlanga: Fridays.
• Pinetown: Fridays.
• Bluff: Fridays.
• Durban Central – Wednesdays.
• Winkles: Wednesdays.
• Port Shepstone: Fridays.
• Eshowe: Thursday.
• Richards Bay: Thursdays, once every two weeks.

Manolis Munchies Retail delivery days:
