Our Raw Cashews Whole PUK 1 Grade are African cashew nuts that we classify as a sub-standard visual grade due to their darker appearance and natural spotting. Although they may not have the bright, uniform colour of higher visual grades, they still offer the creamy texture, mild flavour and rich cashew taste that makes them highly versatile.

This grade is especially well-suited for the confectionery, baking and food manufacturing industries, where appearance is less important because the cashews are often roasted, coated, mixed, baked, blended or processed.

These dark-spotted whole cashews are ideal for use in chocolate coatings, nut bars, biscuits, cakes, granolas, trail mixes, desserts, sauces, vegan products and bulk snack production. They are also suitable for roasting, salting, coating or processing into cashew butter, cashew paste, fillings and other value-added products.
