USES
Pine nuts are commonly added to trail mixes, baked goods, salads, pasta dishes, and used in pesto sauce.
DIRECTIONS
- Toast pine nuts in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, cook over medium-low heat in a dry skillet until lightly browned, but be careful not to burn them
- Eat pine nuts as a snack on their own, in baked goods, salads, pasta dishes, or mixed with vegetables

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Store pine nuts at room temperature and consume them within a couple of weeks. For longer storage, keep refrigerated for up to three months, or transfer to an airtight container in the freezer for up to 9 months.

Pine nuts are small, elongated edible seeds harvested from pine cones. The labour-intensive harvesting process contributes to the high price compared to other nuts.
